How to make Porridge - it's easy peasy

It’s really super easy to make porridge,

All what you need is, are follows.

White rice – 1 cup

Water – 4 cups

Garlic – 1 (Full- depends on your taste)

Coconut milk – 2 cups

Sesame – As needed

Salt – As needed

Curry leaves – As needed

Steps:

  1. Simply put everything together in a pressure cooker ( you can use a rice cooker also) and cook until 3 whistles
  2. Then wait until the pressures go out completely, and mash the mixture well with a spoon.
  3. Now add 2 cups of coconut milk and boil it.

And that’s all…

By the way you can add chopped vegetables if required.
